Javelot Mini, received a while back, I have been using daily for last couple of months. It is very easy to use half a press of the tail switch is low mode and a full press is full power mode, so super simple. In the usual OlightUK fashion comes neatly presented in a box with charger and belt holster.
The included belt holster is solid build quality, snug fit it wont just casually fall out, at least it hasn't for me and I'm in and out of vans and up and down stairs at work. If needed it can also be charged whilst in the holster.
Only tiny negative for me is there is no real way of showing battery level although it does vibrate a little when it is below a certain level so definitely not the end of the world.
It is more of a light throwing torch, in high mode it clearly shines on a building almost a quarter of a mile away.
In short it's simple to use, well built and would definitely recommend one if you are looking for a distance throwing flashlight.

hello my name is dean I was asked by olightuk to be a product tester and I applied and was accepted to test the new olight warrior 3s air which I received from olight I was more than happy when it arrived in the post well who doesn’t like getting nice presents to open. I will break my review into sections so it is easy to see the main points
1)appearance
Allthough the air is a plain titanium in colour she is not lacking in the looks department in fact I like a little better it also enables you to see olights air sign done in a light blue near the top of the torch olights normal name and model info is also around the crown as in other models the air is part of a collection themed around the elements such as earth ,fire, water, air but unfortunately no sprit themed olight warrior 3s that would have been nice as it would appeal to people with a magical interest being the elements that form the pentagram but the air warrior I have been testing has certainly caused some questions like what is it and how can I get one so hopefully olight will get some orders because of me
2)ease of use
Come on people it’s olight we’re talking about here there flashlights or torches for people in the U.K. are easy to get your head around the top button is for all the modes as on older models and the tail button for the lightsaber function only jokeing but the air model wouldn’t look out of place on Luke’s belt the tail cap button is as before for turbo or quick on and off and where you charge it with the supplied lead
3)battery and charging
The olight warrior 3s has the usual magnet connection to charge the flashlight it does come with charge in it but I allwAys put a new olight on charge to make sure it’s battery is fully ready for use and the charging cycle isn’t long normally about 3to 4 hours allthough none of my olights get dead flat if I haven’t used one for a bit I pop it on charge just to make sure and I have a bit of a collection I have 1) olight warrior XPRO 2) olight warrior 3) olight m2r 4) olight baton 3 prmeium x2 in the charging pods plus a few keychain olights and a olight ultraviolet model so you could say I’m a fan
4last thoughts
For people who have allready got olights you allready no where I am coming from with this review and bonuses of owning a olight but for those people who currently don’t own a olight I’ve got a question ? Why not your missing out on a brilliant flashlight you don’t have to go big for a start with one but trust me once you try one there like sweets you want to try them
All and there’s so many Colours of them
Well I hope you may buy yourself one

Olight seeker3.
Received mine awhile back and wanted to get some good use of it first. Overall 10/10 for reliability. So sleek and light for the power of this little thing. We can sometimes work in difficult and dark areas but seeker3 came out on top. If you have it on the brightest setting then obviously the battery is not going to last and same for most torches. I found having it around the middle it lasted for hours to be honest. Will definitely be recommending to colleagues and will be buying another.

I've been carrying this Baton3 for a few weeks now and, after a little issue with charging which Customer Service helped out with incredibly quickly and effectively (which was hugely appreciated) it's been operating flawlessly.
A friend allowed me to borrow his S1R Baton II to compare it with and it's really clear to see the improvements with the Baton3. The design/texture of the knurling on the side makes for a much more confident grip. It feels really good in your hand and despite the small size you aren't worried that it's going to slip which is a great thing for a torch this size.
The clip on it is very useful, because of the size of the torch you can clip it to the brim of a hat and use it as a head torch really easily. I'll be honest it was something I thought was a bit of a gimmick at first but it's genuinely useful and a feature I'll be using often.
It's really robust, feels like you could give it plenty of abuse and it wouldn't worry about it. Certainly if any of my other OLIGHT products are to go by then that's the case.
The light weight means when you use the magnetic feature to attach it to something you aren't worried it's going to come falling down at the slightest knock. I had to replace some hoses on my car and being able to position the torch right where I needed it to shine the light is something I really appreciated.
The light it gives off is incredible, for a torch this size I can't imagine there being any situation where you're not impressed. If you want to carry any sort of torch in your pocket then this will cover what you need it to. For walking and generally "doing stuff" it's got all the light you could ever need it to have.
Speaking of putting it in pockets this is one of my absolute favourite things about this torch. My previous EDC was an i5T which I've loved and used for about 3 years. The Baton3 has a huge reason to upgrade from something like that in that it's short size means that if you have it in a trouser pocket and sit down your leg isn't pushing it up and out of the pocket, and the torch isn't digging into your leg if it's clipped in the 'wrong' place.
It's a huge difference in comfort, it feels a lot more secure in the pocket and not going to go anywhere.
As an EDC torch it's a brilliant thing to put in your pocket. I can't imagine a better "go anywhere" item.

I received my Warrior 3S Tactical Torch With Proximity Sensor in gunmetal grey about a month ago and can state it's a brilliant torch. It now always lives in my main toolbox or bag I carry to work.
At work I quite often have to run cabling under floors or over suspended ceiling, in poor lighting conditions and the Turbo mode is excellent for being able to see a long distance without having to worry that the beam isn't powerful enough to illuminate the full length of the run. My girlfriend works in a pub and has also found it very handy for checking the stock levels of bottles of wine/spirits/liqueurs/etc that are in dark/nearly opaque bottles!
The battery life, especially on the lowest setting (which is still more than enough to illuminate your area enough for getting about your tent when camping, or looking in the loft, etc) is exceptional, and the magnetic charging cable is a good touch!
My only slight negatives are that as the torch has multiple modes, but a single button operation, it took me a little while to figure ou how to use all the modes - slightly clearer instructions in the enclosed booklet might help. Also it would be handy if there was a way to charge the torch with more standard USB-C as well, as only having the one method to charge makes it a bit of a nuiscance when in the field if you've not got the specific charger.

My Warrior 3 (desert camo) arrived and I couldn't be happier. I ordered a weapon mount and pressure switch for it too which fitted my Airsoft RIF perfectly. The torch is pretty chunky but I'd imagine that will only be a good thing given the abuse it's likely to receive while attached to my RIF!! I wasn't sure about the desert camouflage but it's really grown on me! The two brightness settings are really handy for CQB games as the low level allows me to see without giving me away as much as the brighter setting which seems to illuminate the whole world in one go 🤣🤣 could probably use it to call Batman for help! Charges quickly although uses a different magnetic charger to my pistol light so I need to make sure I've got both on me now. When you press the rubber power button on the main body, the battery charge level is shown from a tiny ring of LEDs on the switch. I was surprised but really happy about that feature - it allows me to plan torch usage during a game although the battery seems to last for an age anyway! You can also operate the torch using the magnetic button on the end of the body which is really handy when I'm wearing gloves as the rubberised button is quite small and I can't even feel it through them. The pressure switch is magic. I felt it was a little expensive at first for a switch but it's so handy, I'll be buying more so I can have a few set up ready for torches on more of my RIFs! I didn't expect it to come with the actual mounting plate to attach to a RIF - usually you get a bit of sticky back velcro and are expected tobe grateful so that was an added bonus. The magnetic retention and quick release locking ring is so much better than other systems I've used. The fact I can pop it off and use it as a hand torch in a matter of seconds is really handy for full weekend airsoft games while camping at night - a removable end cap that needs replacing to change function is just another thing to lose in my world! The weapon mount is solid, sturdy and really simple to use. So simple in fact, I was trying to find a difficult way to loosen it off at first thinking "this can't be it". All in all, a great package for camping and Airsoft that I'm happy to recommend to anybody!

Marauder Mini review
*I recieved the Marauder mini as part of the Product tester event. I have not been paid for this review and all opinions are my own*
I would like to start my review with the opinion of my wife - ‘This is the most amazing torch I have ever used’. I think the summarises the Marauder mini perfectly.
The Marauder mini arrived in a well designed, aesthetically pleasing box. The box was a decent weight, which I initially expected was a combination of the torch and accessories but I was wrong. The box contains the torch, battery, USB-A to magnetic charging cable, carry pouch and user manual. The torch itself is quite heavy for its size but a lot of the weight is the 6500mAh 3.7V 24Wh 32650 Rechargeable Lithium Battery. The total weight of the torch and battery is 462g. I received the orange torch, not a colour I would have chased but actually it’s very distinctive and would be easy to find when it’s dark.
The torch did arrive with some charge in the battery but the manual advised full charge before first use. This is where my only negative opinion comes - the charging cable attaches magnetically to the base of the torch but it is powered by a USB-A connection and I don’t have any chargers with this port anymore. Luckily I had an adapter to convert to USB-C so I could use my current wall charger.
The torch is well made and feels robust. It has a rotating dial button with LEDs to indicate battery charge and brightness level. It has a lock feature to prevent accidentally turning on the torch - the dial needs to be rotated at least 90 degrees/quarter turn which will the unlock the torch to allow function. There are 7 brightness levels for both spotlight and floodlight mode. There are 3 colour modes -red, green and blue, accessed by holding down the dial button for more than 1 second and cycling through the colours. There is a strobe function by triple clicking the dial button. The torch is IPX8 waterproof rated - I have not tested this feature other than use in heavy rain but it would suggest it can withstand submerging in 1m of fresh water for 30 mins. It has a toggle switch to select between spotlight and floodlight mode. There is also a vibrating haptic feedback when rotating the dial to select different brightness levels.
When it comes to use, this torch is fantastic. I’ve not needed to use it on the highest brightness setting other than for testing. The spotlight has a great throw distance up to 600m of the highest brightness. The floodlight mode lights up the whole area and also has a decent throw of up to 310m. I’ve mainly used this mode for lighting the whole garden of a night. The red/blue/green lights seem more of a gimmick but is an interesting extra feature. I will be good to try out the blue light when we go fishing as the website suggests.
The torch has lasted 2 weeks on one charge, we have used it on the lowest power most nights while sat in the garden and it was perfect.
Overall I would absolutely recommend this torch, it’s not cheap at £199 but is a great investment if you require a robust and ultra bright torch. It would be great for outdoor enthusiasts and search/rescue teams.

Olantern Classic 2 Pro Review
*I received the Olight Olantern Classic 2 Pro lantern as part of the Olight Product Testers event but all opinions here are my own.*
The lantern comes in a compact and well-designed box that contains the lantern, a usb-c cable for charging and instruction booklet. I received the clay model and the lantern has a classic, almost storm-lantern look with a modern twist – it looks great! It was smaller than I expected but also heavier and with its metal body it has a premium and high-quality feel.
On the top there is a metal handle that flips up for carrying and under that is the lighting unit inside a protective plastic casing. The lantern can produce both a bright white light and orange light using the stepless rotary dial on the bottom part of the unit. The orange LED lights have been designed to look like an incandescent filament bulb whilst the white LEDs are housed in a circular ring above them.
The lantern has a 11200mAh rechargeable battery and can be charged via a USB-C cable or via an Olight magnetic charger. The magnetic charger takes FOREVER to charge so I will stick to USB-C in future. The lantern also has a USB-A socket on the front to allow it to act as a power bank and charge other devices which seems to work fine so handy in an emergency.
I already own the Olight Classic Mini camping lantern and the Pro model is similar but has both some pros and cons when compared. Both share the same design aesthetic, but I prefer the look of the Mini with its smaller design, carabiner handle, the metal Olight logo plate and the top mounted rotary dial. In addition, the mini allows a lock functionality to the dial so that it can’t be accidentally switched on and also has a nice, tactile, haptic function that vibrates when the dial passes the point of switching between orange and white lights – this really adds to the quality of the product and it’s a shame it is missing in the Pro. The Mini also allows the fitting of a ¼ inch screw to the base to allow it to be mounted on a tripod or any other device with a suitable thread.
However, the Pro has a far larger battery, allowing over double the runtime and a far more stable base, allowing it to be freestanding without worrying it will be knocked over, which is something that happens quit frequently with the mini when it is placed on a table. I do feel that given the higher price and the ‘Pro’ title, it should at least have all the features of the mini.
Both lights share the same lighting unit and can reach a maximum of 300 lumens, which is far brighter than I have currently ever needed whilst camping or in the garden at night. In fact, I used the lowest orange light setting the most as it gives almost the perfect ambience for in the tent at night. The brighter settings are excellent for communal spaces though I didn't really have a use for the white lights as I prefer a more yellow / orange light at night.
The battery will easily last a short 3 – 4 night camping trip and probably longer if you are conservative with the brightness. I didn’t have the opportunity to test the waterproofing but it is rated IPX5 which gives some peace of mind if it is out in a light shower.
Overall, I really love the Olantern Classic 2 Pro, it’s a versatile and high-quality product that looks great, is portable, durable and genuinely useful. It would be great to have some sort of protective case for it so I can chuck it in my camping box and not worry about it getting dented (I’m currently using the original packaging to transport it until I can find an alternative) but this is probably more to do with me wanting to take care of it rather than any problem with durability. If I could only choose one, the Olantern Classic Mini would be my preference but both are excellent lights and both have slightly different use cases.

Marauder Mini - Like others I dived in when the Black Friday sale started and order a few items, including a Mini M on the 22nd. I’ve received all my other items and I’m just waiting on the MM. Anyone else in a similar situation and/or seen any information on when it might arrive?

My O-lantern charging cable doesn't change to green to indicate the lantern is fully charged. I have left it charging overnight and it still didn't change. It does charge the lantern though, Any ideas?

Hi, what is the candela of the Marauder Mini in spotlight mode please? What is it for the Javelot mini please?
(Having candela listed in all tech specs as standard would be quite useful)
