Olight has always been customer-focused and committed to providing better services and products for our costumers. In the past May, we have made many changes and enhancements. Let's take a look back at May with Olight.

1. May flashsale and giveaway events

Olight has always been customer-focused and committed to providing better services and products for our costumers. In the past May, we have made many changes and enhancements. Let's take a look back at May with Olight.

In May, we held our usual flashsale and released the i5T Plus and S2R Baton II Lime Green in different colour temperatures, as well as the Baldr S BL-Blue Laser. The  great innovative attempt at colour temperature was well received.

On social media we held a giveaway about the Chesil Flower Show. In this event, we saw both beautiful flowers and beautiful Olight products. Three Ofans ended up winning prizes!

2. New membership benefits

We added two new benefits to our membership: "Permanent Free Return Shipping" for Diamond and above and "Early Access to New Products" for Yellow Diamond. Diamond and above customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs and Yellow Diamond customers are able to test a trial product with a 50% discount! Help Olight out by providing your experience and suggestions.

3. Membership and points rules

Some customers may not be clear of the membership and points system, so we have made a rules page to introduce these rules and benefits. You can find it on O-Fan-Club.

4. Points for login and comments

Previously customers could only earn points by placing orders to move up the ranks, now you can earn 5 points for logging in and commenting on your orders every day. Note that points for comments are only valid if they are made after confirmation of receipt.

5. The sitemap

We have added a sitemap function at the bottom of the website, so you can quickly and accurately locate most page you want to go to.

6. Update 8 Blogs

We have been updating articles related to the torch or our events for our customers and will continue to bring more valuable content through Blog. We would love to see your comments under the blog to express your real thoughts!
